Questions, answered

How the model works in practice

When is the direct-hire fee due?

As a single lump sum, 30 days after the clinician's start date. The fee is negotiated up front and confirmed in writing before the search begins.

What does the contract markup cover?

The markup over pay rate covers payroll funding, invoicing, compliance, and credentialing — with no third-party EOR fee on top.

Who handles payroll and paperwork?

OMind, through O-Max's existing back office: weekly W-2 payroll, invoicing, A/R, collections, and tax filing.
